Before you call
It helps to have:
- Your address, so the right local company gets your request
- What's wrong: sunken slab, cracks, heaving, flaking, or steps pulling away
- Which concrete: driveway, garage apron, sidewalk, stoop, steps or patio
- Whether you have a City of Sioux Falls sidewalk letter, and its due date
- Roughly how far the slab has dropped and whether water pools on it
Got a city sidewalk repair letter? Check the due date on it. Your contractor will need to pull the sidewalk permit before then.
